A week of rain in Scotland, except a day at North berwick when the sun shone all day (and half a day at Berwick-upon-Tweed).

Returned to find the fixtures for Belper were out (originally scheduled to be released today). Two trips to Colwyn Bay (as expected), lots of local games, Gresley, Retford, Carlton, Quorn, Shepshed.
It feels like the football is just around the corner now we can se what games we have lined up. First friendly is on Monday 23rd at home to Mansfield Town.
The players returned to training last week. First night they trained down at the Thorntons ground. Following the flooding they trained on a pitch covered with sewage and dead fish - attractive !
